Ivens, 35, is believed to have walked away from his home in the 1700 block of Scott Road in Burbank, headed toward the Verdugo Mountains.
Authorities from several agencies mounted a massive search effort in the days after his disappearance, using helicopters, dogs and foot patrols.
Thea Iven's said her husband is "more than just a missing person."
At a news conference Wednesday, Thea Iven's reached out to her husband.

Ivens has been working at the FBI for more than three years as an agent specializing in national security.
He is also the father of a 1-year-old son and an avid hiker.
Thea Ivens described Stephen as kind, generous, quiet and loving, but said he hadn't been himself since February.
She said he had been receiving help for whatever was troubling him, and that it was not related to his job or his home life.
Ivens is 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes, receding brown hair and prescription glasses.
Family members are organizing a search set for June 16.
