Paula Deen Loses 30 Pounds
"I do think differently now" about food, Deen told People (she's on the magazine's cover this week). "I'm more aware."
Some of her favorite foods (such as mashed potatoes) have been replaced by others, such as Greek salads and baked fish. paula deen loses 30 pounds,
"It took me a couple of years to get to this point," Deen says, referring to the news she had known about her diabetes for more than two years before telling the public. "If you make a few small changes, they can add up to big results."
